If you are talking about being annulled by the Catholic Church, you have to go and talk with the Catholic Priest of your church.... they will help you fill out the paperwork, and everything.... time frame varies on how busy the Tribunal is.
If you are talking about civil annulment.... I don't have a clue.Getting a marriage annulled in the state of Oklahoma ?
carolyn, i got an annulment in missouri and i can tell you this much...in order to get an annulment u will need to prove fraud or deception in the marriage, ie: he was married already when he married u. if u can't prove fraud then u'll most likely need a divorce. call an atty in ur area whom deals in divorce, most if not all have a free initial consultation so bring EVERYTHING u have to prove ur case including his ss# and such, the atty will be able to tell u if an annulment will work or if u need a divorce.
btw, the annulment still cost me $885 and took 6mths to complete.
